How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We will endeavour to ship your order within 24hours. If for some reason we cannot you will receive an email from us why it has not been sent and when it is expected to be sent. The courier is generally overnight unless you live in a rural location.
Will you let me know when you have sent my order?
Yes, we will email you to let you know.

What is the shipping charge?
A flat rate of $6 per order but if you spend over $150 the shipping is on us!
What happens if my order arrives and one of the products is faulty?
You can return it straight back to us and we will replace it, give you a full refund or you can have a store credit. We will cover the cost of the return postage.
What if I have received a product but it is not quite what I am after?
You are more than welcome to return it and exchange it for another product or receive a store credit. However you will need to pay the return postage.
What happens if my product is not in stock?
We will email you and let you know the expected arrival date and keep you informed.
How long do I have to exchange or return a product?

I’m setting up a new Early Childhood Centre. Can I buy from you?
Yes, we will happily help you with a bulk order quote and deliver when your centre is ready, free of charge.
We need to fundraise. Can you help?
We certainly can. If you are in the Wanganui region you can book an evening at the shop for Parents to come and purchase. You will receive a voucher with 10% of the sales. You can also do cyber fundraising! Contact us for details on how this can work for you.
What is cyber fundraising?
We add your centre/school/organisation at the checkout for a period of a month and as your customers purchase online and select your name, you will receive a store voucher for 10% of all sales at the end of this period.
