Shipping Information

Combined shipping

We have a flat courier rate of $6 regardless of the number of items you order. However, if you order over $150 worth of product your postage will be free.
 

Automatic emails

You will be sent an automatic email the evening your order is dispatched. This email will contain information on when the package was sent, what address it was sent to, and your tracking number.
 

What courier service will be used?

We currently use CourierPost. To check the delivery status of your order, please use CourierPost’s Track 'n' Trace system.  We will include a link for you in the Automatic Email that we send.
 

How long will delivery take?

Usually, for payments received before 12pm, we send the order out that same day. For payments after 12pm, we strive to send them out that day, but this is not guaranteed.   We take no responsibility for the performance of the courier company.

Courier Post is usually overnight to all main centres across New Zealand. For rural deliveries, please allow an extra day or two above the normal delivery time. Please note: These times are target guidelines only, and can't be guaranteed due to any number of unforeseen circumstances.
 

Special shipping requirements (including International)

If you have any special requirements with regards to shipping (i.e. you're buying it as a gift), just let us know and we'll try our best to accommodate your needs.

What if I'm rural?

Usually courier companies charge an extra rural delivery fee but you won’t have to pay anymore than our flat rate of $6. We will cover the extra cost.
 

What about P.O. Box deliveries?

Only CourierPost has P.O. Box delivery rights so delivering to a P.O. Box is fine.
 

Can I pickup my order?

You sure can! We are located at 305 Heads Road in Castlecliff, Wanganui. Our shop is open from 9am to 4pm every working day and most Saturdays from 10am to 1pm. If you are over at another time just ask if it is possible to collect stating the time in the comments box at the checkout.

We accept cash and have EFTPOS facilities (including VISA and MasterCard) available for your convenience at our store.
